Title: Rasch Model Parameters by Pairwise Algorithm
Description: Performs the explicit calculation -- not estimation! -- of
        the Rasch item parameters for dichotomous and polytomous item
        responses, using a pairwise comparison approach. Person

        likelihood approach.
